Dripping pill machines are generally used in industries such as pharmaceutical preparations, health products, food, and chemical products. An industrialized drip pill machine covers multidisciplinary design, including pharmaceutical engineering, refrigeration engineering, fluid mechanics, electrical automation, mechanical design, and hydraulic and transmission technologies.
The drip pill machine consists of four major systems, including drug dispensing and supply system, circulating refrigeration system, dynamic drip collection system, and PLC and touch screen control system
1. Drug dispensing and supply system: composed of insulation layer, heating layer, seasoning tank, electric deceleration mixer, oil bath circulation heating pump, automatic output switch of drug solution, automatic spray cleaning device, compressed air delivery mechanism, etc. Function: Place the medicinal solution and substrate into a seasoning jar, mix them by heating and stirring to make a mixed medicinal solution of drip pills, and then transport it to the drip jar through compressed air.
2. Circulating refrigeration system: In order to ensure the formation of dripping pills, avoid the heat generated by dripping and the heating plate of the cooling column, and ensure that the temperature of the coolant is not affected, an imported combined refrigeration unit is used. The refrigeration unit controls the temperature of the coolant inside the refrigeration box through a titanium alloy cooler, ensuring the smooth formation of dripping pills.
3. Dynamic drip collection system: The liquid level in the drip tank is controlled by a liquid sensor and connected to the feeding system to maintain a certain liquid level in the drip tank. During the dripping process, the medicinal solution is dropped into the cooling liquid through the dropper. A heater is installed at the upper part of the cooling column, which reduces the temperature gradient and causes the droplets to shrink moderately and fully into pills under the action of surface tension, resulting in a smooth and uniform pill shape and weight. A linear pressure sensor is installed inside the cooling column, and the flow rate of the infusion pump is controlled by variable frequency speed regulation to maintain the dynamic balance of the liquid level during the collection process of the coolant. In addition, the cooling column has a lifting function to facilitate the installation of the dropper and ensure that the dropper reaches the liquid surface with a suitable drop distance for different liquid medicines.
4. PLC and touch screen control system: Adopting touch screen computer control technology, the automation production of the whole machine has been achieved.
