If the temperature of the container is too high, attention should be paid to burns. Sealed containers are designed with pressure relief devices. Before opening the sealed container, the pressure relief device should be opened first, and then other operations should be carried out to avoid danger.
2. Operation tip: Before using the drip pill equipment, it is necessary to master the operating principle of the equipment according to the instructions in the manual. If there are any doubts, the manufacturer should be consulted in a timely manner, and the equipment should not be operated without doubts.
3. Operating instructions: First turn on the coolant pump, then turn on the refrigeration unit, and at the same time, turn on the required heating device. When the required temperature reaches a stable value, add the dripping substance that has reached the dripping state into the dripping tank. At the same time, adjust the gap between the liquid level of the cooling column and the dripping nozzle. The adjustment of the gap is the key to ensuring the quality of the dripping pills. After each dripping is completed, first turn off the heating and cooling system: observe that all the dripping pills in the system have flowed out, and then turn off the cooling circulation system to prevent residual dripping pills. After each drip is completed, residual substances must be removed, and all pipeline containers and coolant filters that have come into contact with the drip before solidification must be cleaned.
