The screening dryer consists of two parts: a two-stage vibration screening machine and a drying cage. Its main function is to screen, air dry, and polish the centrifuged drop pills. The screening machine consists of two layers of screen mesh, the upper and lower layers. The sieve holes have been experimentally verified and use long elliptical holes, allowing the dropping pills to slide and jump fully to achieve good screening results. Through the vibration screening of the vibration motor, the large drop pills, qualified drop pills, and small drop pills are screened out from different particle outlets. The qualified drop pills are directly sent to the drying machine, and after the drying machine rotates forward for air drying and reverses for particle extraction, the processed drop pills can be packaged.
