The structural principle and explanation of ZLXZ-A30-40 rotary granulator:
♦ The ZLXZ-A30-40 rotary granulator is a device that uses a set of relatively rotating grinding knives to extrude particles through stainless steel mesh. It is equipped with a whole granulation device to control the length of particles. This machine can be combined with conveyors and drying equipment to form an automatic production line, saving labor costs.
♦ This machine is equipped with variable frequency speed regulation and a special air cooling device, which can effectively and uniformly cool the entire granulation screen, granulation knife, and materials, avoiding local cooling and blocking of the mesh holes. It provides cooling and separation for the granulation of viscous and thermosensitive materials. The chassis is equipped with a water cooling device.
♦ This machine adopts double sealing at both the granulation knife and the pressing knife to reduce dust and foreign objects from entering the gearbox and biting the bearings. By using a grinding knife with a special shape, the processing technology of the granulation knife is improved, which can reduce material heating, decrease the squeezing force between the knife and the sieve, and extend the service life of the sieve.
♦ The granulation device of this mechanism mainly consists of a mesh ring, a pressing blade, and a large angle grinding knife. The material is extruded from the sieve holes into granules through the blades. This machine is easy to install, disassemble, and clean.
