The flat hanging bag centrifuge is an intermittent operation, consisting of a drive device, a body, a casing, a drum, a hanging bag, a brake device, a clutch and other components. It is a closed filtration equipment for unloading the hanging bag in a different location. The material is added to the drum from the upper part, and under the action of the centrifugal force field, the liquid phase passes through the filtering medium and is discharged outside the machine, while the solid phase is trapped in the drum. After stopping the machine, the liquid blocking plate and filter belt are lifted out together and discharged to the designated location.
Filter type intermittent operation centrifuge is a type of centrifuge in which the drum liquid blocking plate and filter bag are fixed together. The liquid blocking plate and drum are fixed by pins, and after feeding, they are separated by filtration. The solid phase forms a filter cake inside the filter bag. When the machine is stopped, the pins are released and the filter bag is lifted out of the discharge with an electric hoist, forming a working cycle that can complete 3-8 cycles per hour.
The drum is driven at high speed by transmission components equipped with clutches, generating a centrifugal force field The filtrate injected into the drum is separated by a filter bag lined in the drum, and the filter residue is trapped in the drum. The filtrate is then introduced into a collection container through an outlet pipe. When the loading limit is reached, the feeding is stopped, the power is cut off, and the drum is stopped using a braking device (which can be achieved by a braking unit when equipped with a frequency converter). The machine cover is opened, and the filter bag is lifted out of the machine body using a lifting tool to unload the material, completing one working cycle.
