Operating procedures:
1. Before operation, it is necessary to equip corresponding personal protective equipment, including gloves, goggles, masks, etc.
2. Before operation, it is necessary to check whether the centrifuge is in good working condition. If there is a problem with the equipment, it needs to be shut down for maintenance before operation.
3. During the operation, it is strictly prohibited to open the equipment box door at will. There is a high-speed rotating turntable inside the centrifuge, and if not careful, it may cause injury accidents.
4. Severe overloading is prohibited during operation, as overloading can cause permanent damage to the centrifuge. Before use, it is necessary to have a clear understanding and comprehension of the requirements of the required work, and to set appropriate configurations in order to implement them.
5. After the operation is completed, the machine needs to be turned off and the power cut off first. The cooler can only be turned on after the centrifuge rotor has completely stopped. When operating the centrifuge, it is also necessary to avoid smoke and other harmful effects on the operator.
6. It is strictly prohibited to wear loose clothing and long hair during the operation process. Other items need to be fixed to prevent them from rotating.
Maintenance procedures:
1. After each use, the centrifuge must be cleaned. When cleaning, it is necessary to use a clean cloth or soft bristled brush to tidy up the rotor and the surrounding parts of the machine so that the rotor is clean and suitable. Water washing equipment should not be used. When cleaning, special attention should be paid to the range of the centrifuge. The size of the centrifuge disc varies and there are multiple cleaning areas that cannot be ignored.
2. Regularly check the consumables in the equipment, such as whether the screen mesh, sealing gasket, etc. need to be replaced. If problems are found and need to be dealt with and changed in a timely manner, long-term use of aging gaskets will lead to leakage inside the separator.
3. Regularly inspect the electrical equipment of the centrifuge, including power cords, fuses, etc., to ensure the normal working condition of the equipment.
4. Regularly maintain the rated speed of the centrifuge and check the accuracy of the measurement results to ensure the normal use of the sealed centrifuge.
5. Do not move the device unless necessary to avoid moving it in mid air, especially when the entire device is in motion, as this is very dangerous.
6. Centrifugal machines are not allowed to be disassembled or assembled by themselves, and can only be operated under the guidance of professional after-sales service personnel and third-party assistance.
