The working principle and safety precautions of the upward rotating screening machine
Date: 2024-10-12Read: 5
The upward rotating screening machine is an efficient screening equipment mainly used for separating and screening materials of different sizes, especially suitable for screening, polishing, dust removal, and powder removal of sheet-like materials such as tablets, candies, and health products. The following is a detailed introduction to the working principle and safety precautions of the upward rotating screening machine:
1、 Working principle
The upward rotating screening machine separates and processes materials under the action of centrifugal force through structures such as rotating screens or turntables. Specifically, under the action of electromagnetic vibration and rotational force, the material climbs out from bottom to top like climbing stairs through a stainless steel spiral screen, while dust is sucked out through the mesh by a vacuum cleaner. This working method not only effectively improves screening efficiency, but also ensures the cleanliness and smoothness of materials.
2、 Safety precautions
Before using the equipment, check for any looseness, leakage, abnormal noise, or other issues in all parts of the equipment, and confirm that there are no abnormal conditions before operating the equipment.
2. Place the polishing machine in a stable place, plug in the power plug and socket, turn it on and adjust it to the appropriate speed.
During the operation of the equipment, avoid any other operations or leaving the operating area, and no one is allowed to approach before the equipment stops.
4. During operation, appropriate protective equipment should be worn, such as safety shoes, helmets, protective gloves, etc., and vigilance should be maintained to avoid damage to equipment or injury to personnel.
When any abnormal situation or malfunction is found during use, the equipment should be immediately shut down and relevant personnel should be notified for troubleshooting and repair.
