1. Power transmission and spatial positioning system:
The main body of the high-speed tablet press adopts a box type frame structure, with four columns connected by bolts to the upper and lower welded boxes, forming a rigid support system. The spindle is driven by a variable frequency motor and stabilized at a speed of 25-77 revolutions per minute through a worm gear reducer, ensuring the smoothness of the turntable rotation. The punch combination evenly distributed on the turntable pitch circle (including upper and lower punch rods and middle die holes) rotates synchronously with the spindle, and its vertical position is precisely controlled by the curved surface contours of the upper and lower guide rails: the upper guide rail guides the punch to rise and complete the filling, while the lower guide rail forces the punch to descend and implement compression, forming a closed motion trajectory in three-dimensional space.
2. Dual stage pressure control system:
The pressure application process is divided into two stages: pre pressure and main pressure. When the punch rotates to the pre press wheel position, the hydraulic system drives the pre press wheel to apply initial pressure to the material, eliminate the air between particles, and preliminarily form. Subsequently, the punch enters the main pressure wheel area and completes the final compression under higher pressure. The pressure value can be adjusted in real time through the soft connection support structure of the hydraulic cylinder. This graded pressure design ensures the uniformity of tablet density and avoids material rebound or mold loss caused by single-stage high pressure.
3. Intelligent filling and quality control system:
The material filling system uses a combination of forced feeders and quantitative scrapers to achieve excessive filling through impeller stirring, and then the punch lift is controlled by the filling cam to accurately remove excess powder. The weight adjustment mechanism adjusts the distance between the punches by changing the position of the pressing wheel, achieving thickness control of 0.01mm level. Modern equipment integrates servo motor drive and force sensors to monitor the force on the punch in real time and provide feedback to the control system, forming a closed-loop quality assurance system to ensure that the weight difference of each product is controlled within ± 1%.
