Operation steps of fully automatic high-speed pillow packaging machine

1、 Preparation before startup
1. Safety and Environmental Inspection
Confirm that the equipment protective cover is intact, the emergency stop button is effective, and remove debris from the table and conveyor belt;
Check for stable voltage, sufficient lubrication of transmission components, and no damage to packaging film rolls;
Operators are required to wear tight fitting workwear and are prohibited from wearing gloves or long sleeved clothing.
2. Material and parameter presetting
Install packaging film roll: Thread the film in the direction of the arrow, pass it around the guide roller and the forming machine in sequence, adjust the tension to avoid deviation;
Set parameters: Enter bag length (need>material length), speed, and temperature (usually 150-300 ℃ in the middle/end sealing area) through the touch screen.
2、 Startup and Running Operations
1. Equipment preheating and no-load testing
Turn on the power 30 minutes in advance and wait for the temperature of the heat sealing knife to reach the standard (displayed in real-time on the PLC screen);
Empty running: Observe the synchronization of the conveyor belt and the forming machine, calibrate the actual bag length to the set value.
2. Material packaging process
Product placement: The material is placed in the center on the conveyor belt, and the fiber optic sensor triggers automatic feeding;
Dynamic adjustment: When there is a deviation in the sealing and cutting position of the first product, fine tune the "material position" parameter (± millimeter level);
Continuous packaging: The system automatically completes film forming → product wrapping → middle seal pressing → end seal cutting.
3、 Operation monitoring and shutdown
1. Real time quality inspection and intervention
Monitor whether the seal is flat and whether there is any cutting material, and observe the effect of the middle seal/end seal through the window;
Exception handling: In case of stuck film or abnormal temperature, immediately stop the machine. Manual material extraction is strictly prohibited before troubleshooting.
2. Standardize shutdown procedures
Normal shutdown: After clearing the materials, press the stop button and wait for the temperature to drop below 80 ℃ before turning off the power;
Cleaning and maintenance: Remove residual film debris, check the wear of the sealing knife, and lubricate the guide rail.
4、 Key points of safety and maintenance
1. Prohibited items: Do not approach the blade during operation (>200 ℃ high temperature), do not force parameter modification;
2. Daily maintenance: Clean the residual glue of the heat sealing knife daily and check the tension of the belt weekly;
3. Fault prevention: The film roll joint should be firmly adhered to avoid film breakage and shutdown.
Tip: The servo model can save formulas and easily call parameters when switching products, improving efficiency.
