1、 Daily maintenance
1. Cleaning and lubrication
Surface cleaning: Clean the equipment surface dust after daily work, and shorten the cleaning cycle for high dust or high humidity environments.
Component lubrication: Regularly add lubricating oil to moving parts such as cylinders and sliding components to reduce wear.
2. Inspection and fastening
Mechanical status: Check the power supply, transparent film quality, and component looseness daily to ensure sensor alignment and flexible cylinder operation.
Connectors and electrical components: Check the firmness of the connectors and the status of the switches and bumpers. If any abnormalities are found, stop the machine immediately for maintenance.
3. System monitoring
Automatically detect the cylinder reset status before starting, and the system will alarm and prohibit starting when the air pressure is insufficient; The emergency stop button is used for emergency shutdown in case of sudden accidents.
2、 Regular maintenance
1. Graded maintenance
First level maintenance (monthly): lubrication and fastening are the main focus, with emphasis on maintaining core components such as the engine, clutch, and transmission.
Second level maintenance (quarterly): Adjust operating parameters, diagnose transmission components, steering and braking systems, and eliminate potential faults.

2. System specialized maintenance
Pneumatic system: Maintain stable air pressure (0.5-0.6MPa), regularly clean control valves and solenoid valves, and check dust plugs weekly.
Electrical system: Clean the sensor and control panel dust every month, and verify the accuracy of the weighing sensor (error ≤ ± 0.5g).
3、 Special maintenance
1. Seasonal maintenance
Check the lubrication system, hydraulic system, and cooling system before entering summer/winter, and repair potential problems.
Paint the equipment surface for rust prevention every 3 months.
2. Stop maintenance
Disassemble the sensor protection and apply butter to the cylinder piston rod for rust prevention when it is not in use for a long time; Clean the entire machine and cover it with a dust-proof cloth.
4、 Vulnerable parts and safe operation
1. Fragile parts management: Regularly inspect the deformation of the feeding impeller blades, wear of the transmission belt, and cleanliness of the heat sealer, and promptly correct or replace them.
2. Safety regulations:
Avoid hand contact with high-temperature components during operation and wear protective equipment;
After shutdown, ensure that the heat sealing roller is in an open state to prevent material from being burned.
3. Attention: During maintenance, the power supply should be cut off, and the lubrication process should avoid oil contamination that may cause the transmission belt to slip; The storage environment of the equipment should be dry, ventilated, and away from corrosive gases.
