1、 Preparation before operation

3. Material preparation: Check if the cardboard box is flat and free of deformation. The instructions (if any) should be correctly loaded into the material rack, and the products should be neatly guided into the conveyor belt.
2、 Standardized operation
1. Safety protection: Wear work clothes and work hats during operation, and it is strictly prohibited to wear gloves, jewelry, and other items that are easily entangled.
2. Operation monitoring: It is strictly prohibited to insert body parts into the moving parts area during equipment operation. If there is any jamming or abnormality, the emergency stop button should be pressed immediately.

1. Cleaning and maintenance: After daily use, cut off the power supply, clean up equipment residues, and regularly add lubricating oil to bearings and other components.
2. Regular maintenance: Check the wear of vulnerable parts and replace loose or damaged parts in a timely manner.
3. Environmental management: Keep the work area clean and avoid debris affecting equipment operation.
4、 Urgent handling
When encountering equipment malfunctions, the machine must be stopped and a warning sign must be hung for maintenance personnel to handle. It is strictly prohibited to troubleshoot during operation.
