Precautions for Operation of RJWJ-120C Soft Capsule Production Line

1、 Preparation before operation

1. Equipment inspection:

Confirm that the power supply voltage is stable and the electrical connections are secure before starting; Check the capsule mold, filling device, and sealing components for wear or foreign object residue. Before each use, it is necessary to verify the shelf life and storage conditions of the raw materials to avoid spoilage materials entering the production line.

2. Security protection:

Operators must wear protective gloves, goggles, and masks to prevent contact with chemicals or high-temperature components.

2、 Standardization during operation

1. Parameter monitoring:

Real time observation of temperature, pressure, speed and other parameters on the control panel to ensure they are within the process range. It is strictly prohibited to change the device settings without authorization to prevent uneven capsule size or loose sealing.

2. Exception handling:

When there is abnormal noise, vibration or alarm in the equipment, immediately stop the machine and notify professional personnel for maintenance. Regularly tighten screws to prevent components from loosening due to operational vibrations.

3. Safety precautions:

During the heating or operation of the equipment, it is prohibited to insert hands, tools, or other objects into the interior of the host to prevent mechanical injury.

3、 Shutdown and maintenance

1. Cleaning procedures:

After each shutdown, it is necessary to remove any drug residues from the mold and filling chamber.

Clean the contact parts with a 70% alcohol solution to prevent liquid from seeping into the internal circuit.

Wipe the outer shell with a damp cloth and avoid scratching the surface with hard objects.

2. Lubrication and maintenance:

Regularly add designated lubricating oil according to the instructions, clean the lubrication port before adding oil to prevent impurities from entering.

3. Component maintenance:

Monthly inspection of air pressure pipelines, electrical circuits, and vulnerable parts (such as sealing rings), and timely replacement of aging components; Regularly disinfect the mold and check for wear and tear.
