LWG high-speed spiral sedimentation centrifuge for cocoa pigment extraction
Date: 2017-11-15Read: 14
Henan Biochrome Company uses LWG high-speed screw sedimentation centrifuge for cocoa pigment extraction, replacing the original plate and frame filter press. Compared with plate and frame press machines, it has the advantages of large processing capacity, dry residue, high recovery rate, and low labor cost.
The LWG high-speed horizontal screw settling centrifuge consists of a large end cover shaft, a straight drum, a conical drum, and a small end cover shaft. The components are positioned with stops and connected by screws. At the bottom of the drum cone section, there is a slag discharge port along the circumferential direction for discharging solid materials, and at the end face of the large end cover shaft, there is a discharge port for discharging liquid phase materials. The main bearing is installed on the large and small end cover shafts. The drum body is a whole with high concentricity, low vibration, and higher strength and stiffness. Reducing the disturbance to the air and lowering the noise during work.
Install and weld ribs of appropriate thickness evenly on the inner surface of the drum in the circumferential direction, so that the material between the drum and the screw will not slide along the circumference of the drum. This not only avoids wear on the inner surface of the drum, especially on the inner surface of the cone section, but also improves the conveying efficiency of the screw.
At the bottom of the conical section of the drum, there are evenly spaced slag discharge ports along the circumferential direction. The slag discharge ports are processed parallel to the tangential direction to form a flat surface, avoiding collision and wear between solid materials and the slag discharge ports before leaving the drum. During the slag discharge process, solid materials can leave the rotating drum earlier, saving energy.
