The flocculant dosing device adds a specified amount of flocculant to the flocculant tank and mixes evenly. The prepared solution is then evenly added to the slurry tank through a dosing pump.
Operating procedures for flocculant dosing device:
1、 Dispensing Procedure
1. Close the outlet valve of the flocculant tank;
2. Add half a bucket of water to the flocculant tank and start the stirring blade;
3. Slowly add 1kg of flocculant to the bucket;
4. Control the water temperature inside the bucket at 40 ℃ -45 ℃;
5. After dissolving all drugs for 40 minutes, they can be added to the filtration system.
2、 Driving program
1. After the filtration system is started, the slurry pump transports the slurry to the filtration tank and opens the outlet valve of the configured flocculant tank;
2. Start the dosing pump, adjust the flow rate of the medicine through the outlet valve of the pump, control the float of the rotor flowmeter at a position of 1m/h, and evenly add the prepared flocculant solution into the filtering chute;
3. After adjusting the flow rate, prepare the solution in another flocculant according to the procedure in 3.1;
4. When the water level in the medicine bucket is lower than the stirring blade, stop the stirring blade;
5. When the water level in the medicine barrel reaches the marked minimum level, open the outlet valve of another flocculant tank and close the outlet valve of the current medicine barrel.
3、 Parking Procedure
Before the slurry pump stops delivering slurry to the chute, stop the dosing pump and close the outlet valve of the coagulant tank.
4、 Precautions
1. The temperature of the medicine should not exceed 45 ℃, and the flocculant should be slowly and evenly added to avoid the flocculant forming flocs due to too fast an addition speed;
2. Pay attention to the liquid level of the medicine barrel and avoid mixing or idling of the dosing pump;
3. Observe the liquid level of the dosing tank and prohibit overflow.
