Before using the fully automatic microporous filter, it is necessary to check whether the accessories and sealing rings are complete and undamaged, and then install it according to the requirements. The new filter must be cleaned with a cleaning agent and then sterilized and disinfected with high-temperature steam. The cleaned filter should be placed properly to avoid contamination. When installing the microporous filter, do not connect the inlet and outlet in reverse. The port on the bottom plate of the pipeline filter is the liquid inlet, and the pipe connected to the filter cartridge socket is the clean liquid outlet. The new filter element is packaged in a plastic bag by the manufacturer in a clean production plant. Do not tear the plastic packaging before use. Use a filter element with higher requirements, and after installation, it should be sterilized and disinfected with high-temperature steam.
1. Filtering operation of fully automatic microporous filter machine
Open the exhaust valve and slowly open the feed valve to introduce the liquid to be filtered. When there is liquid flowing out of the exhaust valve, immediately close the exhaust valves and slowly open the discharge valve.
In the initial stage of filtration, due to the cleanliness of the filter element and the fast filtration speed, the internal pressure of the filter is generally maintained at 0.05-0.1mpa. As time goes by, in order to maintain an appropriate filtration rate, the pressure inside the filter can be gradually increased, but the high pressure inside the filter cannot exceed the maximum operating pressure allowed by different material filters.
When the internal pressure is already high and the filtration speed slows down significantly, the filtration operation should be stopped and the filter should be cleaned.
2. Backwashing of filter element in fully automatic microporous filter
① For mineral water and fine filtration in water treatment, cleaning can be used for backwashing, and then clean water filtered by the terminal can be backwashed before being put back into production.
② For the filtration of fermentation broth and sugary broth such as beer and beverages, it is recommended to first use pre treated clean oil-free compressed air for backwashing, then rinse with clean water, and finally rinse with clean water filtered by the terminal before putting it back into production.
③ When the filter cartridge has been adapted for a long time and its filtration speed still cannot reach the ideal level after backwashing using the above method, the filter cartridge can be removed and soaked in a 2-4% concentration NaOH solution for 4-8 hours. Then, rinse with clean water filtered by the terminal until there is no residue. Rinse with clean water until there is no residual cleaning agent, then proceed with installation.
④ After installation, the filtration system should be thoroughly disinfected with steam, with a steam pressure not exceeding 0.15 MPa and a disinfection time of 20 minutes. After disinfection, it is necessary to thoroughly inspect all fastening bolts in the system for looseness and re tighten them.
⑤ Before steam disinfection, the condensed water in the steam pipeline must be drained completely. If there is filtered gas in the fully automatic microporous filter, dehumidification must be carried out first; If it is filtering compressed air, the compressed air should also be degreased before filtering.
Generally speaking, the pressure of a fully automatic microporous filter will gradually increase after a period of operation. When the pressure difference reaches 0.015mpa, the operation should be stopped, and after cleaning is completed, it should be installed and resumed.
