The microporous filter consists of a foldable microporous membrane filter element and a stainless steel outer cylinder, with single or multi-core filter elements assembled inside. The filter cylinder is connected by quick release clamps or quick opening ring head bolts, making it very convenient to install, remove, and clean the filter element. The inner surface of the filter is polished with a mirror finish (roughness Ra ≤ 0.28 μ m), without any hygiene blind spots, and meets the requirements of "FDA" and "GMP" specifications.

Instructions for using microporous filters:

1. Clean the filter and its connecting components, and install the filter element and housing correctly.

2. Before starting up, first check whether the booster pump is running smoothly, whether the connection is tight, and whether all valves are closed.

3. Before starting up, slowly open the inlet valve and exhaust it, then open the outlet valve for normal filtration.

4. If the filter pressure difference is found to be greater than 0.1Mpa or the flow rate significantly decreases, it indicates that most of the filter holes are blocked. It is recommended that the customer clean or replace the filter element.
