The working principle of the microporous precision filter is that the liquid flows into the filter from the inlet under a certain pressure, impurities are intercepted by the filter medium inside the filter, and the filtered liquid flows out from the outlet. When the filtration reaches a certain stage, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet increases, and the filter element needs to be backwashed. At this time, the backwash valve is opened, and hydraulic pressure flows from the backwash inlet to the backwash from bottom to top, restoring the filtering function of the filter.
The microporous precision filter has the following characteristics:
(1) High filtration efficiency: particles of about 0.3m can be almost 100% filtered, and the separation effect can reach 99.7%;
(2) High efficiency of filter cake washing: In the precision microporous filter machine, there is a considerable distance between the microporous filter tubes. Compared with the plate and frame filter press, the filter cake in each part of the filter machine is easily washed evenly. Its washing efficiency is higher than that of the plate and frame filter press, with shorter washing time and less water consumption;
(3) Easy and lightweight removal of filter cake: By using the 0.6 MPa gas rapid blowback method, the filter cake can be easily detached from the outer wall of the microporous tube, and dropped onto the outside of the microporous filter machine through the quick opening bottom cover opened by the cylinder. The process of removing filter cake does not require heavy physical labor, and the production environment is very clean;
(4) Excellent chemical performance: The microporous filter tube can withstand various acids and alkalis.
