2、 Working principle of traditional Chinese medicine extraction tank
The process of extracting traditional Chinese medicine is mainly based on the following four basic steps:
1. Infiltration: Dried and crushed medicinal materials become soft after being soaked in solvents, and the solvents penetrate into the cells.
2. Dissolution: The solvent dissolves the active ingredient inside the cell to form a solution.
3. Diffusion: The concentration of intracellular solution gradually increases, and there is a large concentration difference between inside and outside the cell. The solution with high intracellular concentration begins to diffuse out of the cell.
4. Transfer: The solution transfers from the solid-liquid interface to the solvent body, and the active ingredients are extracted.
