Process principle of hot reflux extraction concentrator

Hot reflux extraction concentrator is a widely used equipment in the chemical industry. Its main function is to extract organic compounds from liquids, concentrate them to a certain concentration, and perform hot reflux to ultimately obtain the target product.
The process principle of the hot reflux extraction concentrator mainly includes the following steps:
1. Extraction operation
Firstly, place the substrate and solvent into the extraction tank, then heat the liquid phase to a certain temperature and perform extraction operation through the extraction tower. During this process, the solvent in the extraction tower will react with the organic matter in the liquid phase and be extracted. The extracted organic matter and solvent mixture will flow out from the top of the tower.
2. Recycling solvents
The extracted organic matter and solvent mixture will be smelted through a reflux condenser to recover the solvent. The recovered solvent will be heated and sent back to the extraction tank for the next round of extraction operation.
3. Concentration operation
After the extraction operation is completed, evaporate the remaining substrate in the extraction tank and concentrate it to a certain concentration. This step usually needs to be repeated until the desired concentration is reached.
4. Hot reflux operation
Perform hot reflux operation on the concentrated product. During this process, the product will be heated to a certain temperature and the solvent recovered from the reflux condenser will be reintroduced into the operating system to promote the volatilization of organic compounds in the product. The volatile organic matter will be re extracted to achieve hot reflux operation.
5. Metallurgical operation
After the hot reflux operation is completed, the product is cooled through a cooler to reach room temperature. The residual solvent in the product will be re condensed through a cooler to facilitate the next round of operation.
