1、 Safety work

2、 Operation process
The operation process of high-speed emulsification tank mainly includes the following steps:
1. Cleaning
Before using the high-speed emulsification tank, it must be cleaned thoroughly, both internally and externally. If any debris or foreign objects are found during use, they should be cleaned up in a timely manner.
2. Start up
Before starting, it is necessary to check whether the material bucket has sufficient raw materials and ensure good indoor air circulation. When starting, first turn on the pump and add additives as needed. Then start the high-speed emulsification tank and continue adding raw materials after the speed of the high-speed emulsification tank reaches the standard.
3. Control the temperature of the storage tank
During the emulsification process, attention should be paid to controlling the temperature of the storage tank, which is generally required to be below 60 ℃. In special circumstances, such as when heating cosmetics, the temperature of the storage tank can be heated to around 80 ℃.
4. Emulsification process
(1) After adding the raw materials, the stirring blade is immediately accelerated to high speed and the stirring blades are simultaneously activated.

5. End operation
After the operation is completed, the tank should be cleaned and equipment maintenance should be carried out. Generally, it is necessary to clean the tank from the mixing plate, seal, and bottom.
3、 Maintenance Regulations
1. After normal use, clean the interior of the tank in a timely manner. When the device is not in use, the power should be turned off, the power should be cut off, and after confirming that there are no errors, the can cover and outlet should be closed.
2. Regularly inspect the interior of the tank for foreign objects to avoid equipment damage or malfunction
3. Check daily whether the equipment transmission mechanism is working properly. The daily maintenance of equipment involves regular replacement of lubricating oil, inspection of valves, wires, and machine seals to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment in efficient and reasonable operation.
