1、 Equipment operating procedures
Before using the scraper film evaporator, it is necessary to check whether the components are installed firmly, whether the electrical connections are normal, and clean the internal and external surfaces of the equipment.
1. Device startup
(1) After starting the main power supply, set the temperature to the set value and open the steam inlet valve. Note that the valve opening should gradually increase to prevent the equipment from overheating.
(2) Inject the substance that needs to be concentrated evenly into the action area of the evaporator through a pump.
(3) After the equipment is started, regular observation and inspection of its operation should be carried out to ensure its normal functioning.
2. Equipment stopped
(1) Before stopping the equipment, it is necessary to close the steam inlet valve according to the operating procedure and adjust the temperature setting to room temperature.
(2) Turn off the sensor power and control system power, and turn off the main power.
(2) Clean the internal structure and external surface of the equipment to prepare for its next use.
3. Work Environment Operating Procedures
(1) When operating equipment, protective gear such as gloves and goggles must be worn.
(2) When operating equipment, it is necessary to strictly follow the operating procedures to avoid misoperation.
(3) When the equipment malfunctions, the power supply should be turned off immediately and maintenance personnel should be notified for handling.
2、 Equipment Maintenance Regulations
To ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend its service life, the equipment should be maintained according to the following procedures.
1. Equipment cleaning
The equipment will gradually corrode due to the accumulation of substances during use, affecting the use of the equipment. Therefore, after daily use, the equipment should be cleaned both internally and externally. Before cleaning, the power should be turned off and the equipment should be allowed to cool down. During the cleaning process, no harmful chemicals such as acids or alkalis should be used.
2. Equipment maintenance
The maintenance of equipment mainly includes the inspection, adjustment, and replacement of various components. The following situations require maintenance:
(1) The device produces abnormal sounds or vibrations.
(2) There is an accumulation inside the device that cannot be processed.
(3) The equipment pump has water leakage or abnormal drive shaft speed.
