Operation steps of electric heating mixing tank

1. Preparation work
a) Please carefully read the technical documents provided before use.
b) Check and confirm that the electric heating mixing tank has been cleaned, disinfected, and ready for use.
c) Check and confirm that all connecting pipes are sealed properly and all valves are open normally.
d) Check and confirm that all control components (including electrical and instrumentation) are functioning properly.
e) Check the circuit connections of each pump to ensure that the motor circuit connections of each pump are normal and prevent reverse and phase loss faults from occurring.
f) Check the installation status of each instrument to ensure that it is installed according to specifications, the measuring range meets production requirements, and all instruments are used within their calibration validity period.
g) Check the installation status of each valve to ensure that it is installed according to the specifications.
h) Check the airtightness of the system to ensure that there is no leakage or dripping in any pipelines;
i) Check that safety components such as safety valves have been installed in accordance with specifications; Check that the valve at the respirator is in the open position
2. Normal production
a) Open the feeding valve and material conveying pump power supply for feeding, observe the liquid level height, and turn off the feeding valve and conveying pump power supply when it reaches the appropriate level.
b) If heating or cooling is required, open the inlet and outlet of the jacket steam or chilled water, heat or cool the material liquid through the jacket, observe the temperature gauge, and close the inlet and outlet valves of the heat exchange system after reaching the required temperature for the process.
c) Always pay attention to changes in the temperature and pressure gauges of the heat exchange system during operation to avoid overpressure and overheating.
d) When material needs to be discharged, open the discharge valve and pump it to various usage points.
e) After stirring properly, turn off the mixer; Close the media inlet first, and then close the media outlet.
f) Open the discharge valve and discharge the material out.
g) Discharge completed, close the discharge valve.
3. End of production
a) Turn off the main power supply of the distribution box.
b) Clean and disinfect the electric heating mixing tank according to the equipment maintenance terms.
