The stainless steel dual filter is entirely made of stainless steel and consists of two columns. It is a single-layer stainless steel welded structure with polished inner and outer surfaces. The top is equipped with a vent valve for easy venting during operation. The pipeline joint adopts expansion connection, and after 0.3Mpa water pressure test, the three-way external thread plug can be opened and closed flexibly. The equipment has a compact structure, easy operation, and simple maintenance.
Installation and use of stainless steel dual filter
1. When installing and using, attention should be paid to protecting the control box, sensors, and transmission parts to prevent damage;
2. Connect the pipeline in the direction indicated by the arrow on the stainless steel self-cleaning filter body;
3. When adjusting the electric part, please note that the rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the marked direction;
4. During installation, consideration should be given to ease of maintenance, and a bypass pipeline should be installed;
5. During installation, it is advisable to consider placing the sewage outlet at the bottom to facilitate the discharge of debris;
6. The sewage pipe should be connected to the sewage ditch, and the sewage pipeline should not be too long.
