Precautions for safe operation:
1. Before using the equipment, the integrity of each component and whether the fasteners are loose should be checked; Is the preparation work done before starting up, and is it sufficient to meet the startup conditions? Only after confirming that there are no errors can it be started up and run.
2. The electrical box and motor must be grounded.
3. When the equipment is running, it is strictly prohibited to touch the rotating parts, especially to reach into the discharge port at the lower end of the discharge valve of the cyclone and dust collector to prevent accidents.
4. When maintenance and upkeep of equipment is required, it must be carried out with the power supply cut off and the gas source turned off. It is strictly prohibited to work with electricity or gas.
Startup sequence:
1. Turn on the cooling water and start the air compressor to run without load for 2 to 3 minutes, then resume normal operation.
2. Connect the cooling water of the freeze dryer to the cooling water of the air compressor
3. The air compressor and freeze dryer are running normally. After the air pressure reaches 0.7Mpa -1Mpa, start the main engine, adjust it to the required speed, and then start the fan.
4. Before opening the main gas pipe valve, adjust the gas seal pressure of motor bearing 0.03Mpa -0.05Mpa. After checking the above content, start adding and crushing materials.
5. Adjust the pulse pressure of the dust collector to around 0.4Mpa.
6. When adjusting the coarseness or fineness of the material as needed, the speed of the main grading wheel can be adjusted: low coarseness, high fineness.
7. During the discharge process after material crushing, for some materials, a leather hammer is used to lightly tap the outer walls of the conveying pipeline, cyclone, and dust collector at regular intervals to avoid closing the contaminated material, causing pipeline blockage and affecting normal discharge.
Shutdown sequence: After stopping the feeding process
1. Close the main air pipe valve, wait for the compressor to release pressure, turn off the power of the air compressor, turn off the freeze dryer, and then turn off the induced draft fan. When the speed of the induced draft fan drops below half, turn off the frequency converter, turn off the dust collector, and turn off the discharge valve.
2. When the temperature of the air compressor drops below around 60 ° C, turn off the cooling water.
3. Regarding pulse dust removal: Make sure to have the pulse meter work for 5-10 minutes every day after work to flush out the powder adsorbed on the filter bag and maintain smooth air flow.
