1、 Installation requirements:
1. Independent work area: The equipment must be installed in an independent work area.
2. Fixing at the bottom of the equipment: (1) The ground on which the equipment is placed should be solid and able to withstand the weight of the machine, such as a reinforced concrete floor. (2) The equipment should be firmly fixed on a solid ground.
3. Safe distance from wall: If the machine is installed against a wall, the body should maintain a distance of at least 50 centimeters from the wall.
4. Grounding: The grounding wire between the machine and the cable must be grounded.
2、 Installation steps:
1. Fixed machine.
2. Assemble the power distribution system.
3. Connect the power. The machine is equipped with a sheathed cable. At the end of the power supply in the workplace, a manual partitioned power supply device must be used. The machine motor system can be disconnected from the power supply system if necessary. The switch or circuit breaker must be able to carry a current of 32A, and the machine and cable grounding must be grounded. Electrical wiring shall comply with the provisions of GB3836.15-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 15: Electrical Installation in Hazardous Areas (excluding Coal Mines)".
4. Install plastic pipe for solvent outlet. Randomly equip a plastic tube and place it in the machine recycling bin. Put this plastic tube over the solvent outlet and lock the fixing ring tightly.
3、 Installation and debugging:
1. Check if the steam pipeline is blocked or leaking. Method for pipeline inspection: Turn off the main power switch, loosen the lock handle of the bucket lid, open the bucket lid, and blow compressed air at 0.2Bar from the solvent outlet outside the bucket into the bucket; Confirm that the air can be smoothly blown out from the solvent outlet pipe inside the barrel.
2. Is the lid gasket sealed and leak free. Inspection method: Blow compressed air at 0.2 Bar from the solvent outlet outside the barrel into the barrel; Apply soapy water to the edge of the bucket lid; If there is continuous and uniform bubbling and the bubbles do not burst, it indicates good sealing, otherwise there is leakage.
3. Power on inspection: Check and confirm that the fan is running normally and the heater is heating properly.
4. Set the machine preliminarily based on the boiling point and characteristics of the solvent to be recovered.
