High gravity dust removal equipment is an efficient device for removing solid particles, widely used in fields such as chemical, metallurgical, power, building materials, and mining. It can effectively remove particles from industrial waste gas. The operating procedures for the high gravity dust removal equipment are as follows:
1、 Device startup and shutdown
1. Strictly follow the operating procedures. Before starting the equipment, check the connection status of each component, whether the manhole cover is secure, and whether there are any abnormal noises from the rotating parts. If there are any abnormal phenomena, immediately notify the relevant personnel for maintenance. After the problem is eliminated, start the work.
2. After the equipment is started, the operating status of the equipment should be observed. After reaching normal working conditions, each equipment indicator should be checked one by one to ensure that all parameter indicators meet the requirements and whether there is any oil or gas leakage. If any abnormal phenomenon occurs, relevant personnel should be notified in a timely manner for handling.
3. Before shutting down the equipment, the inlet and outlet gate valves should be closed first, and then the power or liquid sources of each component should be turned off one by one, followed by the main power supply. At the same time, the distribution box should be turned off, and the main power bridge, Dezhou gate, distribution insulation and other facilities should be restored to normal state.
2、 Operation precautions
1. Strictly follow the operating procedures, and avoid modifying, disassembling, or operating the equipment without authorization during the operation process.
2. When adjusting system parameters, a gradual adjustment method should be adopted, and the one-time gradual adjustment should not exceed the controllable minimum adjustment amount. If any abnormal parameter adjustment is found, it should be reset immediately to avoid adverse effects on the equipment and system.
3. If it is necessary to clean the interior of the dust collector, the gas source or power should be turned off first, and then the interior of the dust collector should be cleaned. Special tools should be used for cleaning, and hard objects should not be used to scrape the inner surface of the dust collector to avoid scratching the inner wall of the dust collector and causing damage to the dust collector.
4. If the performance of the dust collector is significantly reduced or malfunctions are found, the machine should be shut down in a timely manner until the fault is eliminated.
3、 Line and system maintenance
1. The control circuit of the dust collector should be checked regularly to observe whether various electrical connectors and cables are intact, whether the cables are damaged, worn, cracked or aged. If any problems are found, they should be updated and replaced in a timely manner.
2. Various filters in the system should be cleaned or replaced regularly to ensure the normal operation of the system.
3. Auxiliary equipment (air compressors, fans, etc.) should be regularly maintained, and each component should be inspected regularly. Any problems found should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
