The maintenance and upkeep of organic solvent recovery equipment is crucial to ensuring its efficient and safe operation, and requires systematic management from multiple aspects such as daily operation, regular maintenance, annual major repairs, and environmental protection treatment.
1、 Daily/post run maintenance for each batch
Cleaning and inspection should be carried out immediately after each production or daily shutdown.
1. Cleaning and rinsing: Rinse the liquid pipeline, pump, and nozzle with a suitable solvent (such as ethanol, acetone) to prevent residue from solidifying and blocking. Simultaneously clean the powder adhesion on the inner walls of the drying chamber and cyclone separator, and empty and clean the main collection bottle and secondary collector.
2. Check key components: Check if the nozzle is worn or blocked, if the seals are intact, if the observation window is clear, and ensure that there are no traces of solvent leakage.
2、 Regular maintenance (based on runtime or batch)
It is recommended to run continuously for 200-300 hours or complete 20-50 batches before proceeding.
1. Comprehensive cleaning: Disassemble some pipelines and nozzles for soaking and ultrasonic cleaning, thoroughly clean the bag filter bag, and inspect the heat exchange surface of the condenser.
2. Key component inspection and replacement: Check the wear of the atomizer (centrifugal type requires dynamic balance verification), replace the sealing components of the feed pump, replace the oil-water separator filter element and air filter of the compressed air system.
3. System performance testing: calibrate temperature, pressure, and flow sensors, and check whether the fan and pump are stable during no-load operation.
3、 Annual major overhaul (or every 2000-4000 hours of operation)
Comprehensive preventive maintenance needs to be carried out by professional personnel.
1. Comprehensive disassembly and inspection: Disassemble and clean all process contact parts, inspect the corrosion or wear of the drying chamber and pipeline inner walls.
2. Maintenance of fan and heating system: clean the dust accumulation on the fan impeller, check the lubrication of the bearings; Thoroughly inspect the status of the electric heater or steam heat exchanger.
3. Control system inspection: Tighten the electrical pipeline joints to prevent loosening caused by vibration.
4、 Environmental and safety precautions
1. Wastewater and exhaust gas treatment: The wastewater and exhaust gas generated during the recycling process should be centrally treated and discharged to reduce environmental pollution.
2. Resource recycling: recycle valuable substances from waste solvents as much as possible to improve resource utilization efficiency.
3. Equipment exception handling: When the equipment becomes unstable or experiences abnormal temperature, the operation should be terminated in a timely manner, and the fault should be resolved before restarting.
Through the above layered maintenance methods, the lifespan of equipment can be effectively extended, ensuring production safety and environmental compliance.
