1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment status verification
Check if the pressure gauge of the distillation system is within the safe range (0.15-0.25 MPa);
Confirm that the circulating water flow rate of the condenser is ≥ 8m ³/h, and start the standby water pump if it is insufficient;
The safety valve function is normal during testing, and the sealing gasket is not damaged.
2. Raw material pretreatment
Detect the water content of waste solvents (≤ 0.5%, if it exceeds the standard, dehydration treatment will be carried out);
Classify and store according to the "Material Compatibility Comparison Table", with an interval of ≥ 2m between acidic and alkaline solvents;
Operators should wear A-level chemical protection suits (including air supplied respirators).
2、 Running operation process
1. Preprocessing process
Pour the waste solvent into the distillation drum (not exceeding the highest liquid level line);
Start the preheating tank and stir (120 ± 10 r/min), raise the temperature to 40-50 ℃ and maintain it for 30 minutes.
2. Distillation/adsorption separation
Distillation method:
Collect initial low purity fractions at 65-80 ℃;
Set the main distillate temperature according to the solvent type (such as toluene 110 ℃, ethyl acetate 77 ℃).
Adsorption method:
The exhaust gas adsorbs organic matter through the activated carbon bed layer;
Release water vapor and blow air to cool and humidify.
3. Condensation recovery
Adjust the temperature gradient of the second stage condensation (first stage 5-10 ℃, second stage -15 to -20 ℃);
Real time monitoring of solvent transmittance (≥ 98% NTU) for recycling.
3、 Closing and maintenance
1. Product processing
Discharge the residue at the bottom of the kettle after cooling to ≤ 60 ℃;
Non condensable gases undergo RTO incineration treatment (combustion efficiency ≥ 99.9%).
2. Equipment maintenance
Blow the condensation pipeline with compressed air at the end of each batch;
The distillation kettle is tested for wall thickness every 72 hours (<8mm requires repair).
3. Quality control
Finished product testing purity (≥ 99.5%), moisture content (≤ 0.03%), and chromaticity (platinum cobalt color code ≤ 15).
4、 Safety Warning
1. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited, and the VOC concentration in the operating area is controlled below 10mg/m ³;
2. Immediately stop the machine under abnormal working conditions and handle it according to the alarm code;
3. After adjusting the pH of the wastewater to 6-9, it is discharged into a dedicated pipeline network.
Note: Specific parameters need to be adjusted according to the solvent type and equipment model, and the entire operation process must comply with standards such as GB18597-2023 and HJ2025-2025.
