Installation operation method:

1. Load desiccants or required materials into the drying tower, and fix the drying tower and filter bottle on the testing vehicle in sequence.

2. Use a 6 * 12 vacuum tube to connect the drying tower and the filter bottle in series, with one side connected to the vacuum gauge pipeline and the other side connected to the vacuum pump. (The arrow on the diaphragm pump filter points towards the vacuum pump connection, and the exhaust port can be replaced with a suction nozzle to connect the pipe and discharge the gas to the fume hood or sewer.)

3. The diaphragm vacuum pump is placed under the test vehicle, and there is a socket at the middle partition below the test vehicle. Insert the diaphragm pump into this socket, and the diaphragm pump switch can be directly turned on, controlled by the vacuum switch on the test vehicle.

4. Connect the external distillation device to the left exhaust nozzle of the test vehicle, and once all connections are complete, turn on the power switch in sequence Digital vacuum gauge Diaphragm vacuum pump, observe whether there is any air leakage in the system during use, which can be exposed by applying vacuum grease.
