The high-intensity ultraviolet transmission reflection analyzer has high sensitivity and is easy to use. Especially, the 302NM wavelength is less destructive to the sample. It is a new generation of the ultraviolet analyzer. It can be used to observe DNA and RNA electrophoresis gel samples, detect proteins, nucleotides, etc., check the quality of hormone alkaloids, vitamins and other drugs that can produce fluorescence in the pharmaceutical industry, observe, analyze and photograph thin-layer analysis, various isoenzymes, and paper layer analysis, and can be used as an instrument for PCR technology.
Instructions for Use
（1） Analyze and observe samples
Place the electrophoretic gel sample or thin layer or paper layer sample in the center of the instrument, and turn on the power supply of the "reflective UV lamp" to make the fluorescent zui emitted by the sample clear and bright. Usually, the closer the reflected UV is to the sample, the stronger the fluorescence.
（2） Take sample photos
(1) Turn on the "lighting" incandescent lamp and use it to illuminate with a color mirror. Then turn off the "lighting" incandescent lamp.
(2) Turn on the transmission ultraviolet lamp power, take photos, adjust the camera height and lens to make the sample image clear. Installing a close-up mount and PCR filter in front of the camera should determine different exposure times for different samples to achieve clear and satisfactory film.
（3） Attention: If using without a darkroom, it must be operated in a darkroom.
Safety precautions:
At all stages of operation, maintenance, and instrumentation, the following basic safety measures must be followed. When using the instrument, it should be operated according to the instructions. Improper use can cause the instrument to work normally and even damage it.
A、 In order to avoid electric shock accidents, the input power cord of the instrument must be grounded. This instrument uses a three core grounding plug, which has a grounding pin. If the plug cannot be inserted into the socket, an electrician should install the correct socket to prevent the instrument from losing its grounding protection function.
B、 Pay attention to the use of power supply:
Before connecting the AC power supply, ensure that the voltage is equal to the voltage required by the instrument * (with a tolerance of ± 10%), and ensure that the rated load of the power socket is not less than the instrument requirements.
C、 Pay attention to using power cords:
This instrument usually uses the power cord that comes with it. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced and cannot be repaired. When replacing, a power cord of the same type and specification must be used instead. No objects are allowed to be placed on the power cord when using this instrument. Do not place the power cord in areas where personnel are walking.
D、 Pay attention to the placement of the instrument:
This instrument should be placed in a cool, ventilated, dry, and dust-proof location. For better heat dissipation, the instrument should be kept at an effective distance (N>30cm) from other objects in a ventilated area.
