The temperature control system of the high-temperature circulating oil bath pot/tank has been improved by us, and both digital and meter displays have added thyristors (below 3KW) or solid-state relays (above 3KW) as the heating control core of the machine. The principle of thyristors is to adjust the pressure and temperature based on the weak signal effect of the instrument. Solid state relays rely on the micro voltage signal of the instrument to turn on and off as a switch output, thereby controlling the output terminal of the heater.
The temperature sensing part of the high-temperature circulating oil bath/tank instrument adopts K-type armored platinum resistors, and the cover adopts purple copper tube coating technology, which has fast thermal conductivity. ◆ High temperature circulating oil bath pot/tank This product uses sanitary grade stainless steel plate material as the inner liner. The shell is made of cold plate electrostatic spraying. The electric heater is placed in the middle of the pot and has the advantages of fast heating, high thermal efficiency, low power consumption, and no leakage. The outer shell of the oil bath and the outer wall of the inner liner are filled with insulation cotton, which has a good insulation effect.
