The main structural composition and usage precautions of a heat collecting magnetic stirrer
Date: 2024-07-26Read: 12
The heat collecting magnetic stirrer is widely used in laboratories of various universities, environmental protection, hygiene, epidemic prevention, petroleum, chemical, medical and other units, and is one of the important tools for experimenters.
structural composition
The heat collecting magnetic mixer mainly consists of the following parts:

♦ Base: fixedly installed on the experimental platform to provide stable support for the entire equipment.
♦ Heating system: including heating plates and electric heating elements. The heating plate is heated by electric current and transfers heat to the liquid in the reaction vessel. The heat collecting magnetic stirrer adopts radiation heating method, which makes the heating more uniform and efficient.
♦ Magnetic field generator: also known as a magnetic field coil, responsible for generating a magnetic field to drive the rotation of the magnetic stirrer.
♦ Control system: including temperature controller, speed regulator, etc. for precise control of heating temperature and stirring speed to meet experimental requirements.
Precautions for use
♦ Before use, ensure that the equipment is in good working condition and that the spare parts are securely connected.
♦ Before loading the reactants, it is necessary to check whether the reactor and mixer are clean and whether the required reactants meet the requirements.
♦ Set appropriate stirring speed and heating temperature to avoid experimental failure or equipment damage caused by too high or too low.
♦ During the experiment, the stirring effect and temperature changes should be regularly observed, and any abnormalities should be promptly addressed.
♦ After the experiment is completed, the heating power and stirrer should be turned off first, and the reactants should be cooled to a safe temperature before being taken out for processing.
