1、 Daily cleaning and inspection
1. Appearance cleaning
Clean the casing and surface with mild soapy water, avoiding scratching the equipment with sharp tools. After cleaning, thoroughly wipe dry.
2. Internal cleaning
Regularly remove trays, shelves, and other components, clean and disinfect them with soapy water (such as 70% alcohol) to ensure no residue.
3. Electrical system inspection
Before starting up, it is necessary to check parameters such as voltage, current, and insulation resistance to confirm that electrical components are not aging or damaged.
2、 Maintenance of refrigeration system
1. Compressor maintenance
Check the oil level (1/4~3/4) and quality, and replace the refrigeration oil every six months or one year.
After starting up, observe the running sound, vibration, and defrosting situation. Any abnormalities should be dealt with in a timely manner.
2. Condenser cleaning
The water-cooled condenser should be cleaned once a year (can be disassembled or cleaned in a circular manner), and the air-cooled unit needs to clean the dust on the outer surface.
3. Refrigeration parameter monitoring
Regularly check the refrigeration temperature, pressure, and frost formation of the expansion valve to ensure stable operation of the system.
3、 Vacuum system maintenance
1. Vacuum pump maintenance
Regularly replace the vacuum pump oil, check the vacuum degree and leakage rate, and ensure that the maximum vacuum value meets the standard.
2. Pipeline sealing inspection
Check whether the sealing ring of the vacuum pipeline valve is aging and repair the leakage point in a timely manner.
4、 Automatic control system maintenance
1. Sensor calibration
Regularly verify temperature and pressure sensors to avoid affecting the freeze-drying effect due to data deviation.
2. Filter replacement
Replace the air filter according to the frequency of use to prevent impurities from entering the interior of the equipment.
5、 Precautions
1. Before maintenance, the power must be turned off and the operation must be carried out by professionals.
2. When handling drugs or food, regular disinfection (such as specialized disinfectants) is necessary.
