1、 Equipment installation and environmental requirements
1. It should be placed on a stable ground, avoiding shaking or tilting, to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
2. There should be no obstacles within 300mm around, and a dry and ventilated environment should be maintained to avoid moisture or dust pollution.
2、 Medium selection and liquid level control
1. Select the thermal conductive medium according to the temperature range: water for 5-85 ℃, 15% glycerol aqueous solution for 85-95 ℃, and oil with a flash point higher than 50 ℃ above the working temperature for temperatures above 95 ℃.
2. The liquid level of the medium should reach the specified height and should not be too low (such as below the refrigeration coil) or too high (such as exceeding 20mm from the workbench).
3. It is strictly prohibited to use salt water (NaCl/H2O, CaCl2/H2O) as a refrigerant. It is recommended to use 99% ethanol at -80~-30 ℃.
3、 Operational safety regulations
1. Before powering on, check if the power supply voltage matches and ensure that the grounding device is intact.
2. Do not touch the bath liquid during operation to prevent burns or frostbite; Do not open the upper cover when it is hot.
3. If rapid cooling is required, pre cooling medium can be used in advance; Close monitoring of temperature changes is required during heating.
4、 Maintenance and Cleaning
1. Regularly clean the impurities in the bath to avoid corrosion of the coil or inner liner. When cleaning, turn off the power and use a soft cloth to wipe.
2. Clean the waterway system monthly to prevent microbial growth; It is recommended to clean the gaps in the evaporator every 3 months.
3. Long term idleness requires emptying the medium, covering it with dust-proof cloth, and checking the sealing and component status before reuse.
5、 Exception handling and protection
1. When abnormal noise or temperature loss occurs, immediately stop the machine and check the refrigeration system or sensors.
2. Operators need to wear protective gloves and goggles, especially when handling toxic or flammable media.
6、 Other details
1. The size of the reaction vessel should be adapted to the bath, and avoid colliding with the inner wall when placing it.
2. The external circulation system needs to ensure a secure connection to prevent liquid leakage from causing burns.
