The maintenance of multi manifold freeze-drying machines should be based on their structural characteristics (such as multi manifold design, independent control ports, etc.), with a focus on vacuum system, refrigeration system, and sealing maintenance. Here are the specific methods:
1、 Daily maintenance
1. Cleaning and Inspection
Clean the freeze-drying machine casing after each use to avoid chemical residue from corroding the surface.
Check whether the sealing rings of each interface of the multi manifold are aging and ensure that there is no air leakage.
Clean the surface dirt of the condenser and evaporator to ensure heat dissipation efficiency.
2. Vacuum system maintenance
Regularly check the oil status of the vacuum pump. If there is turbidity, emulsification, or increased operating noise, it should be replaced immediately (it is recommended to replace it every 200-300 hours).
After use, the residual moisture in the manifold should be drained to avoid ice blockage that may affect subsequent experiments.
2、 Regular maintenance
1. Maintenance of refrigeration system
Check the refrigerant pressure and compressor operation status every six months, and contact professional personnel for maintenance in case of abnormalities.
Regularly replace the refrigeration oil (recommended every six months to once) and clean the scale inside the water condenser.
2. Sealing calibration
Calibrate the vacuum gauge every six months to ensure accurate vacuum data at each port of the multi manifold.
Check the sealing of the manifold valve and replace the seals if necessary.
3、 Deep maintenance (after 3-5 years of operation)
1. Contact after-sales service to disassemble the equipment, thoroughly clean the evaporator, condenser and other components, and replace vulnerable parts such as filters and desiccants.
2. Check the hydraulic system (if applicable) for oil leakage and adjust the pressure parameters.
Attention: Power off during maintenance to avoid burns from high-voltage components or frostbite from low temperatures; Replacement parts must match the original factory specifications.
