1、 Daily maintenance and operation standards
1. Environmental and Thermal Management
A heat dissipation space should be reserved around the device (at least 0.9 meters in front, and at least 0.3 meters on the left, right, and rear), avoiding proximity to walls or other objects to ensure heat dissipation efficiency.
The operating environment temperature is controlled between 5-35 ℃, and the humidity is ≤ 85%.
2. Power and Safety
Use a grounded and reliable three pin power socket, regularly check the status of the power plug and socket to avoid the risk of leakage or short circuit.
Before operation, ensure that the water level in the humidifier tank is submerged in the heating tube to prevent dry burning and damage to the components.
3. Cleaning requirements
It is prohibited to use acidic or alkaline corrosive cleaning agents on the inner and outer surfaces of the box. It is recommended to wipe it with neutral detergent and then clean it with a dry cloth.
After the experiment is completed, the workshop should be emptied of accumulated water and wiped dry. The box should be kept dry before long-term use.
2、 Regular in-depth maintenance
1. Maintenance of refrigeration system
Clean the dust and dirt on the compressor inlet and back condenser every six months to ensure heat dissipation performance.
Check the operation status of the refrigeration unit to ensure that the distance between the condenser and the wall is ≥ 1 meter.
2. Humidification system maintenance
The humidifier water tank and water tank shall be cleaned every half month, and the purified water shall be replaced to prevent the breeding of microorganisms from affecting the spray effect.
Ultrasonic atomizers require monthly cleaning of the transducer to ensure uniform atomization.
3. Maintenance of lighting components
Regularly clean the surface and condensation system of the xenon lamp to avoid dust affecting the light intensity and moisture stability.
Check if the xenon lamp connectors are loose to ensure stable performance.
3、 Long term disuse maintenance
1. Internal drying treatment
When not in use for a long time, set the temperature to 40 ℃ and the humidity to 0%. After running for 3-4 hours, open the door for ventilation to completely remove moisture.
Cut off the power and cover the equipment with a plastic cover to prevent dust from entering.
2. Periodic maintenance
During the shutdown period, power on and run the electronic components every 1-2 months to avoid moisture or performance degradation.
4、 Precautions
1. Sample restriction: Corrosive, flammable and explosive substances are prohibited to avoid damaging equipment or causing safety accidents.
2. Calibration requirements: Regularly calibrate temperature and humidity sensors and light intensity to ensure the accuracy of test results.
3. Fault handling: If the equipment is abnormal, priority should be given to checking the fuse and power supply status to avoid self disassembly.
Through four-dimensional collaboration of environmental control, regular cleaning, component maintenance, and safe operation, the lifespan of the light stability test chamber can be effectively extended, ensuring test accuracy.
