Cause: Material aging; Uneven feeding (including large particles); Squeezing pressure exceeds the rated range (>0.6-1.2MPa)

Response: Replace the matching filter plate; Preprocess to remove large particles; Calibrate hydraulic pressure

Phenomenon: Leakage between filter plates

Cause: gasket aging/detachment; Wear of sealing surface; Insufficient clamping force

Response: Replace the corrosion-resistant sealing gasket; Grind and repair the sealing surface (replace the filter plate severely); Adjust hydraulic boosting and tightening force

Phenomenon: Filter plate movement is stuck and slow

Cause: Oil shortage/pollution; Pump grinding/filter blockage; Valve stuck

Response: Supplement/replace 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil; Repair the pump and clean the filter screen; Disassemble and clean the valve (replace if worn)

Phenomenon: Oil leakage in pipelines/cylinders/tanks, pressure drop

Cause: Loose joint/old sealing ring; The oil cylinder seal is damaged/the cylinder barrel is scratched; The fuel tank cap gasket is old

Response: Immediately replace the seal at the beginning; Replace the oil cylinder seal (grinding cylinder); Replace the fuel tank gasket (apply sealant)

Phenomenon: Low liquid output and long cycle

Cause: Material stickiness/fineness (without added flocculant); Wrong/blocked filter cloth; Insufficient feed pressure (＜ 0.2-0.6MPa)

Response: Add flocculant/pretreatment; Change filter cloth (wash regularly); Repair the pump and open the foot valve

Phenomenon: Moisture and dispersion of filter cake (moisture content>40%)

Cause: Insufficient squeezing pressure/time; Filter cloth blockage/scaling; The material contains colloids/pH and is not suitable

Response: Rolling and pressure maintenance; Washing filter cloth (acid washing and descaling); Adjust pH/add filter aid

Phenomenon: The filtrate contains particles

Cause: Broken filter cloth; Misalignment/poor sealing of filter plate; The filter cloth is not fully covered

Response: Replace the filter cloth; Align the filter plate (repair seal); Standardize the installation of filter cloth

Phenomenon: Decreased flow rate/no liquid, accumulation of material inside the pipe

Cause: particles entering the pipe; Valve stuck/damaged; Small pipe diameter/multiple bends

Response: High pressure water cleaning; Repair/replace valves; Increase the pipe diameter (add a sewage outlet)
