　　After 13 years of brand precipitation, the Wuhan International Scientific Instrument & Laboratory Equipment Expo cum University Laboratory Work Forum (WSEE) has grown into a representative scientific instrument exhibition in central China. The exhibited products cover multiple fields including analytical testing, laboratory technology, life science, medical diagnosis, and measurement/metrology. Nearly 100 universities in Hubei Province alone participate in the event in groups. 　　As a major province of science and education, Hubei Province has 82 academicians, 132 universities, more than 3,600 scientific research institutions, and 25,000 high-tech enterprises. Wuhan's GDP crossed the 2.1 trillion yuan milestone in 2024, and Wuhan was ranked 10th among the world's scientific research cities by the journal Nature. International Standard Booth (3m×3m): RMB 7,800 per booth; Note: The standard booth is equipped with three-sided enclosures, company name fascia, one consulting desk, two chairs, two spotlights, and one 220V/5A power socket. Please specify in advance if special power supply is needed, which will be charged separately.
 

　　2. Deluxe Standard Booth (3m×3m): RMB 8,800 per booth (Renderings available upon request).
 

　　3. Indoor Special Decorative Booth (minimum 36 ㎡): RMB 800 per ㎡ for domestic enterprises; No exhibition tools or facilities are provided for special decorative booths. The special decoration management fee and water and electricity fees charged by the exhibition hall shall be borne by the exhibitor itself.
 

　　4. Technical Seminar: RMB 20,000 per session (15 minutes per session).
 

　　■ Conference Journal and Exhibition Venue Advertising
 

　　The conference journal and visitor guide will be widely distributed to all demand parties, helping you find customers during and after the exhibition. The specification of the conference journal is 140mm × 210mm. All advertising fees shall be prepaid and paid in one lump sum. Enterprises that cannot participate in the exhibition due to special reasons can directly choose the conference journal and exhibition venue advertising for promotion.

　　■ Exhibition Participation Procedures
 

　　1. You need to fill in the "Exhibition Participation Contract", affix the official seal, and then fax or scan it to the conference organizing committee;
 

　　2. Booth arrangement is carried out by the organizing committee in accordance with the principle of "First Registration, First Payment, First Arrangement";
 

　　3. You shall pay the booth fee within the time limit agreed in the "Exhibition Participation Contract";
