pharmamachIndustry NewsCore technology of vacuum vacuum vacuum forming machine thermoforming process

Vacuum vacuum forming machineThe perfect bonding between PVC film and substrate is achieved through negative pressure thermoforming, with the core being a multi zone independent temperature control system. The heating chamber is usually divided into 6-8 temperature zones, using far-infrared ceramic heaters (temperature range 0-250 ℃± 1 ℃), combined with PID algorithm to ensure uniform heating of the membrane. The vacuum system consists of a rotary vane pump (pumping speed ≥ 100m ³/h) and a gas storage tank, achieving an absolute vacuum degree of -0.08MPa during operation. The key technological breakthrough lies in the membrane pre stretching technology: three-dimensional pre stretching is carried out through a mechanical frame before adsorption, solving the problem of edge wrinkles in irregular door panels (such as European carved doors). In practical applications, attention should be paid to the tension matching of the film. The softening point of PVC film when heated is about 120 ℃, and excessive temperature can cause the film layer to degrade and turn yellow. It is recommended to calibrate the vacuum sensor every month and use silicone oil spray to reduce the friction between the diaphragm and the mold.

Vacuum membrane press machine Can paste PVC on furniture, cabinets, speakers, crafts door, decorative door board furniture, and after adding silicon sheet for thermal transfer film and single wood veneer of the covered work.

Here are some common questions and answers about the Vacuum Membrane Press Machine:

1. What is a Vacuum Membrane Press Machine?

Answer: A Vacuum Membrane Press Machine is a device that uses vacuum suction to press a heat-sensitive film onto the surface of a substrate, such as wood or plastic. The machine evenly applies heat and pressure to the film, ensuring it adheres smoothly to the material.

2. What are the main applications of a Vacuum Membrane Press Machine?

Answer: Vacuum Membrane Press Machines are mainly used in the woodworking industry, furniture manufacturing, automotive interiors, and construction materials. They are used to laminate decorative films, wood veneers, or plastic films onto substrates like MDF, plywood, and other materials.

3. How does a Vacuum Membrane Press Machine work?

Answer: The machine works by heating a plastic film to a soft, flexible state, then placing it over the substrate. The vacuum system creates negative pressure, which pulls the film tightly against the material’s surface. The heat and pressure from the vacuum ensure that the film molds to the shape of the substrate, forming a smooth, uniform surface.
