The photoelectric detection sensor detects whether the gel tube to be filled exists, which is used to decide whether to fill (with tube, without tube, no filling). The filling gun automatically moves down into the tube, and gel is automatically injected into the tube. The cap is sorted by the automatic cap dropping mechanism and enters the automatic cap dropping station in sequence. There is a discharge station to complete the output of the final filled product. Management process: after finishing, the gel tube enters the management turntable to prepare for filling.

Filling process: the pipes to be filled are sent to the filling machine by the conveyor belt, the photoelectric sensor detects the position of the pipes, the filling gun automatically moves down into the pipe, and gel is automatically injected into the pipe.

Sealing and discharging: After filling is completed, the automatic capping mechanism completes the sealing, and the finished product is sent out by the conveyor belt.
