Instructions for using traditional Chinese medicine pill making machine:
1. Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -5 ℃ to 40 ℃ and relative humidity below 90%. There is no conductive dust or corrosive metal gas around, and it should be placed in a ventilated and clean location.
2. During operation, there should be no other unrelated items on the workbench. The pill making machine should be placed on a stable tabletop. After confirming the power supply voltage, the power supply should be close to the tabletop, and the power socket should have a reliable grounding wire. It is strictly prohibited to pull the power cord forcefully to prevent the pill making machine from tipping over, falling, and other accidents from occurring.
3. After using this machine, remove the hexagonal screws and open the upper and lower parts with the roller as the boundary. Remove the four rollers, clean them with medical alcohol, and then install and reset them.
4. When using medical alcohol to clean, replace the pill making roller and the strip release clutch roller, the main power must be cut off and the power plug must be unplugged to avoid personal accidents.
5. During the start-up and use of the pill making machine, it is strictly prohibited to touch the pill making roller and the strip release clutch roller with hands, brushes or other tools to avoid finger injuries. It is also strictly prohibited to process the pill with electricity under the protection of the upper cover shell and gearbox cover to avoid unnecessary personal accidents.
6. If the power cord is damaged (such as exposed bare wire, etc.), the power cord must be used. Purchase replacement from the local office maintenance department. If the switch or socket fails, it must be stopped from use. It is strictly prohibited to change the circuit and continue to use it. It is necessary to replace the switch or socket with the same specification in a timely manner to avoid mechanical or personal accidents.
7. Proportioning method: Mix honey pills, water pills, and coated medicine noodles. Please refer to the reference formula for making pills for details.
8. The crushing equipment that comes with this machine can be selected from our factory's LH-08B flow type traditional Chinese medicine crusher or XFB-400g to 500g swing type traditional Chinese medicine crusher.
9. When not in use, the water pill coating machine can be directly disassembled and washed, rotated clockwise, and pulled out. Place it in a reliable and clean location for use, and apply a small amount of clean anhydrous edible oil to the exposed part of the water pill coating machine shaft to prevent floating rust. It is strictly prohibited to directly clean the entire machine or electric heater with water. When not in use, this machine must be placed in a dry, clean, and ventilated place. During the use of the electric heater, it is strictly prohibited to come into contact with water to prevent conductivity and prevent personal accidents such as electric shock.
