At the beginning of the interview, Director Li Lin couldn't hide his pride when talking about the heavyweight news that Qinglei Technology successfully passed the national specialized and new "Little Giant" enterprise review last month. He stated that this honor is not only a recognition of the company's technological strength by the country, but also an inevitable result of the company's more than ten years of deep research and development innovation.
On the track of technological innovation and product development, Qinglei Technology has already delivered impressive results. Over the past decade, the company has accumulated 6 invention patents and 27 utility model patents, and has passed the ISO9001 quality management, ISO14001 environmental management, and ISO18001 occupational health and safety system certifications. It has also obtained the ASME and CE certifications from the United States and the European Union, laying a solid foundation for technology and quality in multiple aspects.
Qinglei Technology has always placed research and development at the strategic core. "By continuously increasing research and development funding, introducing core R&D talents, and conducting deep cooperation with universities such as Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Ocean University of China, and Shandong University, we have achieved the transformation from single unit heat exchange equipment to automated complete sets of equipment. In response to the special needs of the pharmaceutical and chemical industry, Qinglei Technology has established a clear focus layout.   The Growth and Transformation from Single Device to Digital Enterprise
Established in 2012, Qinglei Technology has now developed into a comprehensive enterprise integrating the research and development, production, and sales of chemical equipment such as heat exchangers, heat exchange units, and pressure vessels. It completed its shareholding reform and landed on the New Third Board in 2019. Looking back at the development process of the enterprise, Mr. Li has identified four crucial turning points.
In 2012, the company was in its infancy and foundation period. Qinglei Technology focused on the core product of heat exchangers, established an integrated business model of "research and development+production+sales", and accurately entered the basic equipment needs of industrial fields such as chemical and pharmaceutical industries. By building an initial production and technical team, the company completed the construction of a product standardization system, laying a solid foundation for subsequent technological innovation and market expansion.
From 2015 to 2018, the company entered a critical period of technological transformation and keenly observed changes in market demand, achieving a leap from "individual equipment" to "complete solutions". On the one hand, the company has increased research investment, introduced core talents, established stable cooperation mechanisms with universities, and accumulated 33 patent achievements; On the other hand, we have broken through the limitations of only producing individual equipment and expanded our product line to include silicon carbide heat exchangers, non-standard containers, and heat exchange units. We have also simultaneously developed complete sets of equipment such as temperature control units, distillation, and drying, successfully transforming from simply selling products to accurately solving customer process problems. Our service has gradually exceeded 3000 customers.
The stock reform and listing in 2019 became an accelerator for the company's development. Through the shareholding reform and listing on the New Third Board, the company not only opened up financing channels in the capital market, but also promoted the comprehensive upgrading of internal management towards standardization and normalization. At present, Qinglei Technology has undertaken over 4000 projects and successfully entered the top camp in the industry's segmented fields.
In 2022, deploying digital reforms will inject new momentum into enterprises. Mr. Li introduced that the company has built an integrated management system covering sales, technology, procurement, production, quality assurance, warehouse, and finance departments in the field of enterprise management, and has achieved efficient collaboration throughout the entire business process with the help of digital tools. At present, ERP and PLM systems have been deployed to accurately control order flow, supply chain collaboration, and the entire production cycle of products; In the future, it will also be incorporated into the MES system to further connect the production site data chain and achieve digital closed-loop management of the entire chain from research and development to production and delivery.

The multidimensional advantages of coiled tube heat exchangers are highlighted
At the API China exhibition, the wrapped tube heat exchanger showcased by Qinglei Technology became the focus of attention on site. As a core equipment suitable for pharmaceutical and chemical distillation or distillation reactions, solvent or exhaust gas recovery, it exhibits breakthrough advantages in multiple aspects compared to traditional equipment such as tubular heat exchangers.
1. Efficient and energy-saving: In terms of structural design, the cold and hot fluids are fully in contact within the heat exchanger, with no retention zone, effectively reducing the tendency for scaling; The spiral winding structure promotes the formation of strong turbulence in cold and hot fluids, resulting in a large temperature gradient and significantly improved heat transfer efficiency. Additionally, pollutants are less likely to adhere to the pipe wall; The length of the heat exchange tube can reach 3-4 times the length of the shell, extending the fluid residence time and ensuring more complete heat exchange; At the same time, adopting a design of Φ 8- Φ 14 thin tubes, the fluid is segmented into units to further enhance heat transfer capacity.
2. Improving exhaust gas recovery rate: Under the same refrigerant conditions, the outlet temperature of the material can be lowered, especially in the process of low boiling point solvent recovery. Compared with tubular and spiral plate heat exchangers, the recovery rate can be increased by 1-2%.
3. Outstanding cost-effectiveness: Under the same operating conditions, the heat transfer efficiency is 3-5 times that of tubular or spiral plate heat exchangers, while the total equipment investment is lower and the installation and operation costs are more advantageous.
4. Small size, light weight, strong adaptability: The equipment is made of various high-quality materials such as 316L, duplex steel, titanium, Hastelloy, etc., with a maximum temperature resistance of 400 ℃, a minimum temperature resistance of -196 ℃, and a maximum pressure resistance of 10Mpa. It has a long service life and is easy to install and maintain.
5. Widely applicable: It is widely used in various fields such as chemical pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, petrochemicals, new energy and new materials, food and beverage, HVAC, etc. Especially in industrial systems such as distillation, rectification, solvent recovery, process water heating, exhaust gas recovery, feed liquid cooling, and heating, its performance advantages are particularly prominent.
