4041、 Before operation: safety preparation and equipment inspection

Check the hydraulic system: the hydraulic oil level is within the oil gauge mark, there is no oil leakage or oil pipe damage, and the pressure gauge pointer is zero (or within the safe range);
Confirm the status of the filter cloth: the filter cloth is not damaged or wrinkled, the filter cloth holes are aligned with the feed holes of the filter plate, and the plate frame is arranged neatly without any misalignment;
Check the safety devices: the emergency stop button, travel switch (such as the plate and frame locking limit), and safety valve are all in normal condition, without failure or obstruction.
2、 In operation: standardize the execution process
Startup and feeding (3 "strictly prohibited")
It is strictly prohibited to start the feed pump when the frame is not locked to prevent materials from splashing and injuring people from the gap between the frames;
Feed pressure requiredSlowly increase the voltage(such as gradually increasing from 0.2MPa to the rated pressure of 1.0-1.2MPa), it is strictly prohibited to overpressure instantly (which may cause filter plate rupture and hydraulic system damage);
It is strictly prohibited to insert hands or tools into the gap between the board and frame or into the moving parts of the equipment (such as the pulling mechanism) during operation to prevent injury.
Operation monitoring (2 "must see")
Must check pressure/flow rate: The feed pressure and hydraulic system pressure should not exceed the rated value of the equipment (such as feed ≤ 1.6MPa, hydraulic ≤ 25MPa). When the flow rate drops abnormally, it is necessary to promptly determine whether the feeding is completed;
Must check the sealing condition: There is no significant material leakage between the plate and frame. If a leakage is found, it is necessary to first reduce the pressure and stop the machine, then adjust the plate and frame or replace the filter cloth. It is strictly prohibited to handle under pressure.
3、 After operation: safe closure and maintenance
Unloading and Cleaning (2 "Notes")
Pay attention to the unloading sequence: first release the pressure (the hydraulic system and feeding system pressure should be reset to zero), then start the plate pulling mechanism, and it is strictly prohibited to unload the cake under pressure;
Pay attention to equipment cleaning: When cleaning the residual filter cake of the filter cloth, use a special tool (such as a plastic scraper). It is strictly prohibited to use sharp tools (such as screwdrivers) to scratch the filter cloth. At the same time, clean the blockages in the feed and filtrate ports to prevent poor feeding next time.
Shutdown and recording
Turn off the main power, main air/water source, and restore the equipment to "standby mode" (board and frame return to position, hydraulic rod retracted);
Record operational data (such as feed time, pressure, filter cake production) and equipment abnormalities (such as leaks, abnormal noises) for subsequent maintenance and traceability.
4、 Emergency response (2 'key actions')
In case of emergency situations such as abnormal equipment noise, overpressure, or material leakage,Press the emergency stop button immediatelyCut off the power and gas/liquid sources, and prohibit forced operation;
If biological material splashes and comes into contact with the skin, immediately rinse with clean water (corrosive materials need to be treated with corresponding neutralizing solution), and seek medical attention promptly if the situation is severe.
