Industrial oil cooler is one of the core cooling equipment in the mechanical processing industry, which uses lubricating oil circulation to dissipate heat from high-speed operating components. Its application standards and maintenance specifications directly affect the use and processing quality of the equipment. 1、 Application standards for industrial oil coolers
(1) Working condition adaptation standards
The cooling power of the oil cooler needs to be determined according to the type of processing equipment, matched with the operating speed and heating intensity of the components, to avoid cooling failure caused by insufficient power. The selection of cooling oil should meet the equipment requirements, taking into account viscosity, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. Mixing different types of oil is prohibited to prevent affecting heat dissipation and component lubrication.
(2) Installation environment standards
The installation site should be kept ventilated and dry, avoiding the accumulation of dust, oil stains, and direct sunlight, and reserving sufficient maintenance space. The pipeline connection needs to be sealed firmly, using an appropriate pipe diameter to reduce resistance and ensure smooth circulation of cooling oil; Electrical connections must comply with workshop electrical standards, and grounding protection devices must be intact to avoid equipment failures caused by environmental factors.
(3) Operating parameter standards
During operation, it is necessary to maintain the cooling oil temperature within the specified range of the equipment to avoid overheating and accelerated component aging; The system pressure needs to be controlled within the normal range to prevent excessive pressure from causing pipeline leakage or insufficient pressure from affecting circulation efficiency. At the same time, ensure that the oil level is at the standard scale line, and promptly replenish cooling oil that meets the specifications when it is insufficient.
