1. A tempered glass observation window should be set up at a suitable location in the drying tower, equipped with a cold light high brightness sight lamp for easy observation.

2. The observation window is equipped with a hygiene material scraper, which facilitates personnel to observe the atomization state or camera online observation.

1. The pre cyclone pipeline and cyclone separator tank body are reserved with cleaning ball interfaces, which can be blown and cleaned online.

2. The drying tower is connected to the cyclone separator through a pipeline, and the material enters the cyclone separator through the pipeline for gas-solid separation. All welds of the pipeline are inspected by an endoscope, and the inner wall smoothness Ra of the pipeline is ≤ 0.4, and electric polishing is used.

3. The outlet of the cyclone separator and bag collector is equipped with α - β valves for the closed transfer of materials

1. The bag mounting plate adopts a sanitary grade quick installation design, with mirror polished Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m. The bag frame is made of 304 stainless steel material and treated with electrolytic polishing, making it easy to install.

2. The inner surface of the bag collector tank is made of 316L stainless steel material, with a mirror polished Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m, and a reserved cleaning ball interface for online blowing and cleaning.

3. Configure the anti blowing bag and anti blowing port, and perform anti blowing vibration on the cloth bag to make the dry powder fall off.

The dust removal system is equipped with secondary dust removal, using a stainless steel shell, with maintenance channels, and multiple polyester filter cartridges (the specific number is configured according to the host model). The filter cartridges are washable, easy to disassemble and install, and have a filtration accuracy of 10um. The filter can be pulse blown back for dust removal, and the exhaust should comply with the emission standards specified in Table 1 "Allowable Concentration of Chemical Substances in Workplace Air" of GBZ2.1-2019 4.1.

It should have good sealing performance, with silicone rubber used as the sealing element and silicone sealing rings used for the main engine flange. No leakage, no pollution to the environment.

Heating method: Explosion proof electric heating

S31603 shall be selected for materials that come into contact with materials or process media or cleaning agents with requirements. It shall not produce particles and shall not undergo chemical reactions or adsorption with the produced drugs or process media or cleaning agents with requirements, or release substances into the drugs that may affect product quality and cause harm. Relevant material certification is required.

The components and materials of equipment arms, columns, machine bases and other devices or facilities should also be non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, do not produce particles, and not cause pollution to the environment.

The inlet duct of the fan, the exhaust duct before the fan, and the heater material are made of stainless steel (S30408).

The lubricating grease used for parts in direct contact with drugs must be food grade non-toxic products (corresponding lubricating grease list must be provided), and must not contaminate the drugs.

The outer surface should be flat, smooth, free of rust, and have no cleaning blind spots. (Matte treatment, no unevenness) The surface allowed for coating should be smooth, free of peeling, scratches, and uniform in color.

The pipelines for transporting liquids and gases should be arranged neatly and have markings indicating the flow direction of the fluid; Blind tube, easy to disassemble, clean and disinfect.

The surface in direct contact with the material should be smooth and even, with smooth transitions at all corners. The outer surface Ra should be ≤ 0.6 µ m, and the inner surface Ra should be ≤ 0.4 µ m. It is easy to clean, disinfect, or sterilize.

The appearance is clean and bright, and the welds require polishing. There shall be no exposed screws.

There should be a pressure display before the gas enters the usage point, and the atomization pressure can be adjusted within the set range.

1. It should be able to display and record the operating status and process parameters in real time (inlet air temperature and humidity, bed temperature, outlet air temperature, spray volume, air volume, pressure difference). Capable of storing product process parameters.

The export can be equipped with temperature and humidity sensors, which can be linked to the online monitoring and control of key parameters of the entire system, achieving online monitoring of air intake status, compressed air status, liquid intake status, and outlet status. Set up system warning and alarm functions based on the export temperature and humidity status, and establish a drying warning line.
