Automatic diversion and sealing fabric device

Smooth crushing and material guidance

After the raw materials are pressed into thin sheets by a roller, they fall onto a tilted second guide plate and slide towards its lower end. Low end design has regular avoidance slots. A rotating crusher equipped with crushing teeth is located below it, and the crushing teeth can pass through the avoidance groove to efficiently crush the falling sheet material into primary particles. This design ensures a smooth crushing process, concentrated impact force, and reduces material splashing and excessive fine powder production.

Flexible granulation and precision screening

The primary particles first fall onto a sieve with a specific pore size. Above the sieve, there is an inclined whole grain roller, which forms a wedge-shaped gap with the surface of the sieve that gradually narrows from the inlet to the outlet. Under the gentle rolling of the whole roller and the vibration of the sieve, particles can be "round" and "trimmed" while ensuring that oversized particles are effectively crushed. Only particles/fine powders with qualified particle size and below can pass through.

Two level screening and finished product collection

The material passing through the * * sieve continues to fall onto a second sieve with finer mesh holes. Qualified finished particles cannot pass through the second sieve, but slide along the inclined sieve surface towards the finished product outlet for collection. The excess fine powder generated during the crushing and granulation process passes through the second sieve and is discharged separately from the powder outlet at the bottom, which can be recycled and reused, greatly improving the utilization rate of raw materials and the quality of finished products.
