2. Packaging process:

There are a pressure belt shaft and a cutting shaft inside the packaging head of the decoction machine. When the machine power is turned on, the packaging roll slowly comes down, and the pressure belt shaft will seal the packaging roll. The pressure roller on top is cylindrical, and it keeps rotating to seal the two sides of the packaging bag. The root in the middle is flat, which is beneficial for pressing the upper and lower parts of the packaging bag. When the bottom of the packaging bag is sealed, the pressure roller rotates once without affecting the packaging bag. When the pressure roller returns to its original position, it will press the top of the packaging bag, and then cutting the shaft will cut the packaging bag. That bag of medicine is packaged.

3. Inject liquid

There will be a filling head in the middle of the packaging roll, and the medicine in the decoction pot flows into the packaging bag from here. So how can we control the packaging? There is a stainless steel valve next to the filling head, which is inside the packaging roll. When the medicine is immersed in the stainless steel valve, it will conduct electricity and cause the valve to close, preventing the medicine from flowing out of the filling head and effectively controlling the dosage of the medicine.

4. Scope of application

operating process

1. Immersion medicine

a、 Prepare 1-2 soaking containers, usually using plastic buckets.

b、 Wash the cloth bag and put the Chinese medicine to be fried into it. Generally, it should not exceed fifteen patches (depending on the amount of medicine). Then tie the bag tightly with smooth cotton thread or hemp rope.

c、 Prescription soaking: The soaking time is about 30 minutes, and the water absorption of traditional Chinese medicine is about 1.5-2 times the weight of the medicine. The amount of water added should be based on the amount of water that has flooded the medicine bag.

d、 Pay attention to placing the prescription form on the soaking container bucket to prevent confusion and mistakes.

2. Decoction:

a、 Check if the filling valve and backup valve are closed.

b、 Estimate the amount of water for decoction: First, pour the water used to soak the Chinese medicine into the medicine pot. Place the soaked Chinese medicine in a filter and add about 400 milliliters of water for each dose of medicine, depending on the amount of medicine. The evaporation rate during the frying process is about 100-150 milliliters per serving (paste) of water, and after determining the amount of water (calculated based on the number of traditional Chinese medicine paste). Then put the soaked traditional Chinese medicine and filter into the decoction pot. Strictly prevent traditional Chinese medicine from falling into the pot and causing blockage during packaging.

c、 Turn on the main power switch of the decoction pot.

d、 Press the "Heat" button to set the required cooking time for both high and low heat, and then return to the high heat state to start frying the medicine.

e、 Colloidal drugs should not be directly put into a medicine pot for torture. They should be dissolved in a separate container, and then added to the medicine pot after the traditional Chinese medicine is cooked. After stirring well, they should be packaged together with the medicine solution.

3. Packaging:

a、 20-30 minutes before starting packaging, turn on the "hot close" button and set the upper temperature to 160 ℃ and the lower temperature to 170 ℃. After setting, the green light will automatically close in and the setting indicator will automatically jump until it is balanced. Then, start packaging.

b、 After boiling the medicine, lift the filter in the medicine pot and place it diagonally at the top of the pot. Use the pressure plate of the extruder to squeeze the medicine residue in the bag, so that the medicine is drained completely.

c、 Set packaging quantity: The packaging quantity is determined based on the quantity on the decoction pot table after the decoction is completed. Generally, it is set to 150-200 milliliters, with one set (sticker) being two packages.

d、 Open the filling valve and press the "injection" and "start" buttons to automatically complete the packaging.

e、 It is advisable to manually use the "start" button to cut off and immediately turn off the packaging when it is full. After the medicine is filled, turn on the "start" button and gradually operate the packaging process to achieve the desired packaging quantity.

4. Cleaning:

a、 Clean the decoction pot, add water to the pot, and use a soft cloth to scrub the pot wall (do not use steel wool to scrub to avoid electromagnetic valve blockage). Then open the filling main valve and backup valve of the medicine pot to discharge the sewage inside the pot. After flushing, immediately close the filling main valve and backup valve.

b、 Cleaning the filling main switch pipeline: Add an appropriate amount of water to the decoction pot, use scissors to cut open the bag seal at the bottom of the machine head, turn on the filling main switch, press the "injection button" to discharge the sewage and residual medicine, and then turn off the filling main switch.

c、 Clean the cloth bag, check for any remaining residue, and promptly sew or replace the bag if it is damaged.

Precautions

1. To ensure personal safety, grounding protection must be done well.

2. During the cleaning process, the electrical control part cannot be cleaned with water.

3. Before opening the lid of the pot, the exhaust safety valve must be opened to release the pressure inside the pot.

4. It is strictly prohibited to open the waste liquid valve during the decoction process to prevent personnel from getting burned.

5. After each pot of medicine is cooked, the contact surface between the pot cover and the sealing ring should be cleaned to prevent residual medicine from sticking to the sealing ring.

6. Before closing the lid of the pot for each decoction, carefully check the sealing ring to ensure that it is correctly installed in the groove.

7. If the non-woven bag packaging the medicine is damaged during the decoction process, it is necessary to clean the medicine residue before use to prevent the residue from hitting the packaging machine and causing blockage.

8. Do not dry boil the decoction pot.

9. When tightening the handle, apply pressure evenly diagonally to prevent deformation of the pot lid.

10. When the set time has not been reached during work, the power switch should be turned off the next time the medicine is decocted to reset the counter to zero. Otherwise, the machine will automatically start timing and stop automatically when the time is reached.
