Sturdy structure, verified reliability
As an upgraded product of the NASH 2BE4 series compressors, the new 2BQ1 series offers validated performance and reliability, and can be customized for various applications through a series of modular innovative designs. On the basis of 2BE4, the NASH 2BQ series features improved compressor configurations and a wide range of compatible standard components.
By optimizing the rotor, transmission shaft, and bearings, the 2BQ series is able to withstand higher pressures, with a suction force of up to 1.5 bar abs and an exhaust pressure of 3.75 bar abs, with a gas volume range of 7000 to 10000 m3/h. The new 2BQ1 product has optimized the disc, pump body, and impeller, improving internal fluid efficiency and achieving energy savings of 8% to 10%. At the same time, the sealing structure of the pump was adjusted based on this, and the standard water pressure test can reach 15 bar G.
Optimization design of pump bearing system, upgrading bearings to customized bearings of special grade, increasing load margin, extending continuous operation life under atmospheric volume and high discharge pressure conditions, and effectively reducing pump vibration.
The optimized design of the flange part of the pump cover is a movable block structure, which can flexibly choose the position of the inlet and outlet flanges according to application needs, and the maximum pressure rating of the flange can reach 300LBS.
Meet more demanding applications
The design of 2BQ1 fully considers the requirements of some harsh working conditions, ensuring the durability and reliability of the pump during low-cost operation.
In addition to modular design, each component can be manufactured from specific application materials such as stainless steel, duplex steel, and other corrosion-resistant materials, further enhancing the pump's corrosion resistance and erosion resistance. It can be used in more demanding processes and application scenarios in various industries, including the recovery and compression of hydrocarbons, as well as the compression of hydrogen, chlorine, and other process gases.
