A、 Maintenance during mold installation:

1. Before installing the mold, the upper and lower surfaces of the mold should be cleaned to ensure that the installation surface of the mold and the worktable of the press are not damaged by pressure and the parallelism of the upper and lower installation surfaces of the mold during production;

2. After the mold is installed, open the mold and clean all parts of the mold, especially the guiding mechanism. For surface part molds, the surface should be cleaned to ensure the quality of the parts;

B、 Maintenance during production:

1. Regularly apply oil to the corresponding parts of the mold during production. For example, the pressing ring and rounded corner of the drawing die; The cutting edge of the trimming mold; Flanging blade section, etc;

2. Regularly clean the small hole waste channel of the trimming punching die.

C、 Post production maintenance:

1. After production is completed, a comprehensive inspection of the mold should be conducted;

2. Thoroughly clean the mold to ensure its cleanliness;

3. Clean up the waste inside the mold and ensure that there is no waste in the waste box;

If used for a long time, clean it up and spray it with rust proof oil. If not used for a long time, clean it up and put it in diesel.
