This culture bottle has a unique base design and is used in conjunction with a spherical head stirrer to ensure that cells are lifted into the suspension at the lowest possible speed. This gentle stirring effect can increase cell yield.
The heat generated by the stirrer can be ignored, so there is almost no heat transfer from the magnetic stirrer to the culture bottle, making the device very suitable for use in incubators and refrigeration rooms.
Calibration speed control and intermittent mixing
Cell adhesion to microcarriers and high cell productivity are perfected by professional soft start/stop design and intermittent stirring options.
